- Hovering an Overlap hour now breaks the hour into 15-minute slots and lists, per slot, every member that's busy and the exact event title and time blocking them.
- Each blocking event in the tooltip is clickable to open the event details for editing.
- Tooltip still previews who will be invited if you click the slot, with the duration you've picked.

- The event dialog now recomputes each guest's availability live as events, RSVPs and exceptions change while you're editing.
