Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PeerClock you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using PeerClock on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

PeerClock provides tools for distributed teams to view team availability, plan meetings across time zones, and coordinate events. The service is currently free while in beta and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. PeerClock supports SSO via Apple and Google; you must comply with the terms of the identity provider you use to sign in.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading unlawful or infringing content, scraping the service, or using it to send spam.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to PeerClock (organization, member and event data). You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to operate the service.

6. Termination

You may stop using PeerClock at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeerClock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of PeerClock after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
